Individual Leading a Change Assignment

This assignment incorporates concepts of positive change, creativity, problem-solving, written/visual communication and your strengths identified through the assessments taken in the course. Based on textbook materials, pages 446 through 471, develop a three to four page, double spaced paper which identifies and discusses the framework to lead one change within your current or a recent work setting. There are two optional perspectives for this assignment: (1) you are not a supervisor and would like to recommend implementation of your idea for change to your supervisor directly; (2) you are a supervisor and would consider implementation of your idea for change realistically within your organization; Include a discussion of how you incorporated concepts and skills from the textbook. Use Figure 10.3 “A Framework of Positive Change on p. 451 as sections of your plan. The intent is to create a realistic situation.
