SAMPLE SOLUTION

In March 2017, a hazing video clip emerged on social media showing firefighters from the Westfield Fire Department engaging in rogue behavior in the workplace. The firefighters had allegedly strapped their colleague to a backboard and dumped water, food and other assortments on him. While still strapped, the other firefighters drained water from a tanker tender as well as from buckets, plus other items such as ice, popcorn butter, flour, mustard, and chocolate (Varone, 2017). The investigation revealed the pranked firefighter was a newbie who had just graduated from training. The perpetrators were terminated who included one full-time and five part-time firefighters, as well as a volunteer, were suspended outright.
