Using the PICOT framework, the question is as follows;

In pregnancy how does face to face education on implementing lifestyle changes compared to education via virtual impact their management of diagnosed gestational diabetes mellitus? This is the question but if you have a better question approach would be welcomed.

Women that have gestational type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus often have poor pregnancy outcomes including higher chances of perinatal mortality. Managing gestational diabetes entails coordinated care of multidisciplinary team members such as midwives, obstetricians and most importantly, nutritionists. Although efforts towards managing cases of gestational diabetes have so far shown remarkable efforts, other self-management initiatives are yet to be explored fully.
