These learning principles can be used to explain reasons why the teller did not follow the company’s policies relating to robbery. When the person purported to be a robber appeared on the service section, the teller did not say a word to the robber who presented a note requesting a large amount of money. It seems that the teller must have felt terrified by the situation or did not understand what was happening.
